HOW SHOULD A FORMAL GOWN FIT?

Your own physique and personal preferences – slim fit or comfortable fit- naturally play a large role in the size selection. Formal dresses classic fit is usually tighter than your regular every day clothes, to create a fit and slim silhouette figure look. In other words, they work as a body shaper, and the waist is usually the focus point of the dress in exception of the Empire Waist dresses.
Special body characteristics such as pronounced hips or large bust often require a compromise in which one size up usually creates more wellbeing.
