*Please keep in mind that all dresses are Factory Made to keep costs low for our customers. All Sizes are based on a Standard Size Chart, to guarantee waist and bust measurements, length and other details are standard based and may vary for each customer,therefore they are not personalized. Colors and Materials may vary, we also understand that colors on your computer screen can be a little different to how they appear in person. If you have doubts, please call our customer service department before making your purchase.
ImperioRealBoutique.com process and inspects all its merchandise carefully before shipping out to the customer. However, we understand that human error may occur, please read carefully the following policies regarding Returns.
ImperioRealBoutique.com will issue a full refund including shipping (if applicable) for any, UNRRELATED ITEM, OR UNAVAILABLE ITEM. Please reach out to Customer Service Line directly for assistance with processing your return.
FOR ALL DRESSES AND ACCESSORIES:
The item must be returned in its original condition within 3 days of its arrival to you (if eligible per the return policy). Please Call the Customer Department within the first 24 hours of having received you merchandize, to make a return report.
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unstained, no sweat, perfume, or cigarette odors, and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
PERSONAL CARE ITEMS:
All personalized and personal care items (including earrings, lingerie, body shapers, etc.) are final sale. Due to hygiene issues there are no returns/exchanges.
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time.
All new orders are subject to the current production period.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent e-mail a return form which needs to be included with your return along with the paid return label. Please send your item(s) using local post within 3 days from receiving the return form.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
• We can accept Drop Off’s at our Drop Off Station at 101 N. Mesa St. El Paso, TX 79901, If you prefer to drop off yourself. Please take in consideration that the Drop Off Station is only for Drop Offs only, all claims and services regarding your purchase at ImperioRealBoutique.com are handled exclusively through the Customer Service Department from the website. Imperio Real Boutique is not affiliated with ImperioRealBoutique.com invoices, and accounts.
HOW TO RETURN
All our items are standard size items please refer to our cancellation policy below:
• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 5 days.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 73-120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ONLINE PICKUP OFFICE HOURS
Our pickup hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Saturdays.
If you chose Local Pickup as shipping option on checkout , you must pickup your order within 3 business days or upon our notification.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your purchase email with your order number in it. For fastest service, print your “ready for pickup” email for the store pickup associate.
TIME LIMIT FOR ORDER PICKUPS
Customers have 5 business days maximum to pickup their order upon arrival notice.
Past the time limit for pickup , customers are subject to late pickup or storage fees.Storage fees are applied for up to 10 days at $3.00 per day. These late pickup fees must be paid at the time of the product pickup.Past this time limit the order will be put back to stock with no applicable credit or refund.
